Recently I had the unfortunate incident of slipping while leaving a public place. The accident required two surgeries and necessitated the need for me to hire an attorney. I knew I didn’t want one of those TV attorneys who seem like they would settle at the first offer just to get paid. I wanted a firm that would fight for me and have my back. After doing some research, I chose the firm of Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, and boy did I get lucky. The firm itself has a lot of highly qualified, experienced attorneys and an impeccable reputation. You can never overstate the value of reputation and connections. This firm has a lot of resources at its disposal and brings a lot to the table.

James Rubinowitz handled my case, and I couldn’t have asked for a harder working, more compassionate, experienced attorney. Besides being a great attorney, he is also a very nice guy who is really easy to work with. James walked me through the process. He told me what to expect and kept me apprised of every step along the way. He was almost always available to answer any question that I had, and when he wasn’t he would get back to me almost immediately. I really felt like I had someone in my corner. I was very pleased with the settlement I received and would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
